Makuakai Rothman is one of the most accomplished Hawaiians in and out of the water today. Famous musician, professional surfer, big wave world champion, and currently running for office in Hawaii. In 2013, his debut album Sound Wave was the #1 Billboard World Album on iTunes and #1 Billboard Reggae Album. In 2015, Makua Rothman was crowned the first ever WSL Big Wave World Champion.
