Hobie longboard 9’6 shaped by Phil Edwards in the mid 1960’s. This board was made during the period when Phil was Hobie’s chief shaper and “test pilot”. Red vertical competition stripes on the deck and a clear bottom over a 1 ½” balsa T-band stringer. This board is entirely original with the Phil Edwards foil logo as well as a large Hobie Dana Point logo on the deck. Water-tight with some typical pressure dings from use. An incredibly sought after Hobie shaped by Phil Edwards, a must have for any serious longboard collector!
