Historically significant surfboard used during Slater’s 7th World Title run against the late Andy Irons (1978-2010). Shaped by Al Merrick in 2005, 6’5 rounded pintail. The board was used during the 2005 Volcom Fiji Pro (1st place) and 2005 Billabong Tahiti Pro (1st place, 2 perfect 10’s, first perfect heat in the two-wave total era of professional surfing). Signed “Kelly Slater Fiji & Tahiti board 2005”. Slater would be crowned 2005 WSL World Champion of Surfing that year, definitively ending Andy Iron’s 3X consecutive World Title run.
